The process
First-article inspection
Before a run, the first part is checked against the print — dimensions, angles, weld map. The run starts only when it passes.
In-process checks
Dimensional and visual checks through the run keep drift from compounding across a production lot.
Material traceability
Material test reports (MTRs) available on request, so your incoming-inspection and audit trail stay intact.
Nonconformance & corrective action
When something's out, it's documented, contained, and corrected — not quietly shipped.
