Forty-five years on the same prairie.
Ridgeland has fabricated metal in the Winnipeg area since 1980. Not as a story to tell — as a fact a buyer can lean on when a supply agreement has to outlast a budget cycle.
We started in 1980 as a metal shop in the Winnipeg area. Four and a half decades later the work is the same in spirit and unrecognizable in capability: robotic welding cells, AMADA fiber lasers, and ACCEL press brakes doing in minutes what once took a shift.
What hasn't changed is the standard. A part either fits or it doesn't. A weld either holds or it fails. We'd rather lose a job than claim a credential a buyer can verify in one phone call — which is why this site states what's confirmed and marks what isn't.
Continuous operation since 1980 is its own kind of credential. It means we're still here for the re-order, the engineering change, the program that runs for years. Domestic, in Manitoba, when the supply chain matters most.

Continuous operation

Cut · form · weld, one floor
Press-brake capacity ×2

Say the number
If we can state it, we publish it. If we can't yet, we say so. No adjective stands in for a spec.
One source, fewer handoffs
Cut, form, and weld on one floor. The fewer the vendors, the fewer the places a spec can drift.
A person owns the quote
Every RFQ is read by a person who answers for the reply. Accountability isn't outsourced to a queue.
Built to be re-ordered
Robotic cells and redundant brakes exist so unit two matches unit one — and unit two thousand.
